We were born with the mission of sharing the ancestral flavors of our Yucatecan land and supporting the families of the village of Ek Balam.
Here, tradition, respect, and hospitality come together to bring you authentic tamales and meaningful cultural experiences.
Our tamales are handmade by Maya women, following traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation.
We created this space so that anyone, local or traveler, can feel the profound bond between maize, the milpa, and the Maya world.
Each tamal represents history, work, and heart.
